Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy is 30 days, therefore you must return your item within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please bear in mind naturally dyed fabrics have their own individuality and colour variation is a part of the charm.

Preorders

Since our stocks are ordered based on your order placement we cannot offer returns but we will try our best to accommodate you if it is a size related issue.

 

Refunds
Once we receive your return and it is inspected, You will receive a notification email letting you know we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you if the returned item does not qualify for a refund as per our standards.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will automatically credit your account or original method of payment.

Please note that it is quite normal for banks to take a few days to process the transfer, feel free to contact us at info@linebecomesriver.com if you have any other queries.

 

Shipping
For return instructions, please email info@linebecomesriver.com for instructions on where to send your parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please use a trackable shipping service/ shipping insurance as we cant guarantee we will receive your return.
